In the vortex of time, there is a long history of defeat and victory, joy and sorrow, applause and banality glowing with timidity. Through the vicissitude of the formation of the society, man has spread his supremacy and dominance over the whole world with the help of technology. It is a milestone to the achievement of the mankind.

In ancient times, the tenets of moralities took a great part in the correctness of the society.  At that time, society was restricted and manipulated by class of snobbery. The society was also governed by religion. So the only yardstick of judgement was based on the authenticity of data given by so-called moral guardians and respected seniors of the society. This conventional type of surveillance influenced the upper graded society to lord it over the downtrodden class.  However, under the fear of providential interposition, there was little chance of the commitment of crime.

However, with time proceeding, the mindset has been modified under the radiance of scientific reflection and logical aptitude. Life has become more complex. So the expansion of the society and the entry of dynamism into human nature make a man’s life fast and intricate as well.  There is no room for holistic grandeur.  The soap suds of commercialism and hedonism create dreamy enchantment in which there is a deep labyrinth of self contradiction, dupery, and selfishness. So the entry of electronic surveillance to detect the crime and offence magnify the total failure of human culture and moral high-ground. 

So therein lies the contradiction whether electronic surveillance will really help persons to correct themselves.  However, to keep the wrong persons on right track, e-surveillance is the convenient way of monitoring the accused persons. Only e-surveillance can prevent the easy transformation of a civilized city into a necropolis city. Eventually, it can be said e-surveillance will act as a mirror to get snapshots of wrong interpretation for correction. It is an unending process.
